Lee was born and raised in London Ontario. He graduated from Fanshawe College and attended the University of Western Ontario. Lee's family resides in London and his daughter, Tayler is involved in many local activities.
Lee obtained his Real Estate Licence in 1998 and has been trading in Real Estate ever since. In fact he was London's first Buyer Agent representing an only buyer clientele. Lee also worked in the Toronto market for over three years where he was also a buyer agent in the downtown and Beaches area.

Mark was born and raised in London, Ontario. Mark is a graduate of Fanshawe College with a diploma in Photography. With a diverse background in photography, graphics pre-press, IT and commercial real estate support, he joined Joyce's Team.
Before joining the team, Mark was providing marketing support and client services to a local office of a global commercial real estate company for over 5 years.
Mark handles all the administrative details necessary when our clients are ready to list their homes.
He is responsible for website management, submitting information to the Real Estate Board and posting details on Realtor.ca plus many of the other administrative initiatives that go along with selling our listings.

John graduated from Goderich Collegiate in 1988.
In 1992 he graduated from EPBC in Peterborough with a Bachelor of Theology majoring in Education.
In 2006 John earned his Double Honours Bronze Professional Teachers Certification and now in his spare time teaches Dance through the YMCA.
John handles all the administrative details necessary when our buyer clients purchase a home.
Whether it's contacting home inspectors and lawyers for our buyers, to making sure paperwork is signed on time, or sending out information to ensure the closing is smooth sailing, John is there to make your home buying experience a pleasant one!

Carol grew up in London and went to elementary and high school here. She attended Humber College in Rexdale where she graduated as a Pharmacy Assistant.
After many years serving in health care she diversified her skill base and branched into property management which helped peek her interest in real estate.
Carol is responsible for maintaining our large contact database. Whether it's buyers or sellers or those who wish to do business with us in the future, Carol will be sure our information is correct and up to date.

One of the services Stephanie performs for Our Team is a "No Cost" decorating consultation for our buyers once they have purchased a new home through our Team.
Further consultations can also be arranged with Stephanie at an additional cost if desired.
Stephanie also meets with our sellers to perform a complimentary staging consultation to advise them on how they can showcase their homes to their fullest advantage before they actually go on the market.
